The extended dataset includes catch-up files, intermediate files or completed files. Registration is required to access this dataset.
This dataset is not being made freely available. It is provided as a benefit to those who have purchased a copy of the book. The dataset has been meticulously crafted and carefully tech edited, but regardless, from time to time it is sometimes necessary to post updates and revisions. When this occurs, you registration will entitle you to be informed about updates and additions or enhancements made to the dataset. I also hope to make other files available in the future. These will be made available to members of the email list only. A basic update email will be sent approximately 2-3 times per year over and above any important update notices. My intent is certainly not to spam you; rather to keep you informed about the book and its content.
