Holiday Wreaths for Sale
Every year the Boy Scouts of St. Linus Troop 1615 in Oak Lawn, IL (and Cub Scout Pack 4104) hold their annual Christmas Wreath sale. This is the troop’s biggest fund raiser and accounts for the majority of the funding for all troop activities. My son is a Tenderfoot Rank in Troop 1615 and looking to sell his share of wreaths. My son does the usual pounding the pavement around our block to our neighbors and participates in the sale at the back of the church as well. The Troop is hoping to do some pretty exciting (read expensive) activities this year, so we are pushing for a very successful sale.
To this end, I decided to post the sales sheet here in the hopes that we might broaden the sales beyond the borders of our block and church. So, if you are in the Chicago area, and interested in helping my son and the Boy Scouts in the fund raising efforts, please consider purchasing a Christmas Wreath! These are real wreaths, not artificial. (Nothing like the smell of fresh pine needles, right?)
I have included scans of the catalog here. Click on the images to enlarge them. (The numbers in parenthesis on the PayPal drop-down lists below correspond to the numbers in the photos).
***Order Christmas Wreaths to support Troop 1615 – Please Order by November 8th, 2010. Thanks!***
Items available only locally in the Chicago area:
If you would like to use a credit card, you can use the PayPal buttons here. In the PayPal checkout process, you will be asked for your address. My son and I will deliver the wreaths to you the weekend following Thanksgiving. If you have any special instructions, use the contact form on my website to send me an email before you order so we can be sure that we can accomodate your request.
If you prefer to mail a check, please download and fill out this form and mail it back to me with payment. The sale ends November 8th, so please send any mail in orders as soon as possible.
If you are outside of the Chicago area, there are two items that are available via mail order.
Items available for Mail Order:
I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration. The boys have a lot of terrific outings and goals planned this year and with your help they will be able to achieve them all.
The fine print: Troop 1615 is a not for profit organization. If you purchase via PayPal above, the charge will come from my company account: Paul F. Aubin Consulting Services. The full proceeds of the sale will go to Troop 1615. I would also like to note that PayPal does charge me a fee for each sale, but I am absorbing that cost as a donation to the troop.
